I am trying honestly but im in at the deep end plus i spend too much time in the DJ forum telling people that they cant use Timecode with a Toaster so i need a little leg up. Should i lower all the groups and sound banks so that i can get the Master Volume higher. My knowledge of production is little and im trying to read up on some tips that members smithwessen and donufan gave me but if my tracks were just 70% as loud as a normal tune id be happy to tweak and learn as i go but they are so unbelievably quiet i must be doing something fundamentally wrong.Īny help? Tips. Now i realise that i am still a total noob (below is only my second track in Maschine) but my mix is all around the vocal and ive got no more headroom at all or im just clipping the whole time. The best way for me to judge is when i put them in Traktor the Auto Gain goes of the chart and cannot match the db at all. The wavs are at least 50% quieter than a normal mp3. Guys i just cant get my tracks anywhere near loud enough after mastering them (bouncing).
